presented gifts of gratitude to businesses that always accompany with Hong Duc University and sponsor the Student Startup Contest
Attending the final contest, there were: Ms. Jen Vu Huong - SIC Program Director, Community Program Director and BK Holding; Mr. Tan Choo Kok, CEO of Accelebator Company Limited, Singapore; Mr. Nguyen Van Quynh - Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Young Businessmen Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet Agricultural Products Processing and Export Joint Stock Company; Representatives of young business leaders in Thanh Hoa province. On the side of Hong Duc University, there were: Associate Professor Dau Ba Thin - Vice Principal of Hong Duc University; Representatives of functional departments; leaders of the training department and numerous staff, lecturers and students in the university.
The 2023 Hong Duc University "Student Startup" contest has attracted hundreds of students from training faculties in the University with 78 ideas/projects registered for the contest. This year's contest ideas are very diverse, rich, creative and highly practical in the fields of Information Technology; Industry and product manufacturing; Agriculture, Forestry and fishery; Services, commerce; Biotechnology …. The contestants invested very methodically and scientifically with many illustrations and specific evidence. The organizing committee conducted 2 preliminary rounds and selected 12 best ideas/projects for the Final Round, of which 06 ideas/projects were selected to present at the Final Competition program.
As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the start-up idea/project "Amazake rice milk enhances the value of Vietnamese agricultural products" by the group of authors Nguyen Thi Mai Anh, Pham Phuong Anh - K24 students, University of Agronomy, Faculty of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery; Awarded 02 second prizes to the idea "Business of Bamboo Choice bamboo straws" by author Nguyen Van Lam - Student K24B University of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics - Business Administration and the idea/project "Feed Dui" by author group Vi Thi Thao , Quach Thi Hoai Phuong, Luong Thi Thu - students K25 Literature, Faculty of Social Sciences; awarded 03 third prizes to ideas/projects: "Come home safely - joy for you, happiness for every family" by author group Le Dinh Hieu, Nguyen Hai Nam - Student K23 of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics - Business Administration; "Application of artificial intelligence to diagnose ear diseases" by author group Pham Cong Quan, Trinh Sy Tuan, Nguyen Anh Tuan, Hoang Van Huy - Student K23 of Information Technology, Faculty of Information and Comunication technology; "Smart drying rack design" by author group Nguyen Huu The Nghia, Le Ngoc Thinh, Mai Van Thanh, Nguyen Kim Linh, Nguyen Khac Dong - Student K24 of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Technology and Engineering. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 6 consolation prizes for the remaining ideas.
