In the past 21 years, the facilities of the university have always been improved and modernized. The university has 3 campuses with the area of 51,57 ha, the total floor area ratio for training and science research purpose is 41,683m2.
- Main campus: 565 Quang Trung 3, Dong Ve ward, Thanh Hoa city.
- Campus 2: 307 Lê Lai, Dong Son Ward, Thanh Hoa city).
- Campus 3: Center of Military & Security Education; Quang Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa city).
- The system of laboratories, practice rooms, multi-functioned gym are equipped with modern machines and equipment, the computer system is connected to ADSL and wireless networks… and built up in conformity with specialization, meeting perfectly the teaching and researching of each subject. There are over 200 classrooms/lecture rooms, including 35 theatres of 150-200 seats and 15 multimedia rooms, equipped with speakers, projectors to meet the of innovation teaching method, 33 labs/practice groups with thousands of replicas modern multi functioned stadiums.
The library is equipped with modern, diversified learning resources, connected with the libraries of hundreds of universities and research institutes, with millions of books for teaching and scientific research.
The hostel is spacious and safe, with 505 room, 3030 beds to ensure the quality of life and study for learners.
