The ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. David Fay – Director of RELO; Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hạnh – Access Program Manager; and Mr. Vũ Ngọc Dương – Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Foreign Affairs. Representing Hong Duc University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngô Chí Thành – Vice President of the University, along with heads of departments, lecturers, parents, and all 25 students graduating from the program.

In his opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngô Chí Thành - Vice President emphasized that the Access Program not only improves students’ English skills but also offers a comprehensive development path, empowering them to integrate confidently and seize future academic and career opportunities. He affirmed that this success demonstrates the University’s capacity in effectively implementing international educational programs and highlights Hong Duc University’s position within Vietnam’s higher education landscape.
As a university steadily asserting its strength in international educational collaboration, Hong Duc University has been actively partnering with the U.S. Embassy on various impactful initiatives such as the Fulbright Program, English Works, entrepreneurship training courses, and especially the Access Program – where 100% of former students have been admitted to universities, many of whom received exchange scholarships in the United States.

Mr. David Fay – RELO Director, highly appreciated the University’s cooperation and the remarkable results of the Access Program, especially the fact that all 25 students successfully completed the course and received certificates from the U.S. Embassy. He expressed gratitude for the support from the university leadership, departments, teachers, and students’s families. He also expressed hope for continued collaboration with Hong Duc University in upcoming programs to create even more opportunities for future generations of students.
At the ceremony, Bùi Anh Tú, on behalf of the Access students, delivered a heartfelt message of gratitude to the U.S. Embassy, Hong Duc University, and the dedicated teachers for their unwavering support and guidance throughout the two-year journey.

The Access Program goes beyond English language training. It also focuses on building essential life and academic skills such as teamwork, public speaking, planning, and cross-cultural exchange. Upon completion, students are better positioned to access prestigious scholarships and study opportunities offered by the U.S. government.
