Prime Minister’s Decision Announced on the Merger of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism into Hong Duc University
On the morning of August 8, 2026, the People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa Province held a ceremony at Hong Duc University to announce Decision No. 1268/QĐ-TTg, issued by the Prime Minister on July 14, 2026, regarding the merger of Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism into Hong Duc University. The event also included the announcement of leadership appointments for Hong Duc University following the merger.
