Programs available: Undergraduate, Master's, and PhD programs.
Fields of study: Candidates should refer to the websites www.amci.ma, www.enssup.gov.ma, www.men.gov.ma, and www.ofppt.ma for available courses and institutions.
Language of instruction: French (Arabic is used for Arabic Language and Culture programs; French or Arabic for Legal Sciences).
Coverage:
Tuition, medical care, and monthly living allowance covered by the Moroccan Government.
Vietnamese Government provides support including monthly allowance, international travel, visa fees, and passport issuance for successful candidates.
Good moral character, no ongoing disciplinary actions.
Physically fit for overseas study (medical certificates required).
Commitment to return and serve Vietnam upon program completion.
Must not be currently enrolled in any other foreign scholarship program.
Undergraduate applicants: High school graduates or first-year university students aged 19–23 with strong academic records (GPA ≥ 7.0/10).
Master’s applicants: University graduates with a “Good” or higher degree and currently working at a public institution for at least 12 months, under 40 years old.
Doctoral applicants: Master’s degree holders with GPA ≥ 7.0 and at least 12 months of working experience, under 40 years old.
French language certificate is required.
If not proficient in French, applicants must attend a one-year French language course at the French Cultural Center in Vietnam (self-funded).

Hard copy submission: Applicants must also send complete application dossiers (in Vietnamese and French) by express mail to the Department of International Cooperation – Ministry of Education and Training, 35 Dai Co Viet, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
