Number of Scholarships: 5 full scholarships for Vietnamese citizens
Levels of Study:
Undergraduate (4 years)
Master's (2 years)
Doctoral (3–4 years)
Preparatory Year: Additional 1-year Mongolian language course may apply
Tuition fees and research expenses (covered by the Mongolian government)
Monthly living allowance (as per Mongolian government regulations)
Round-trip airfare, visa, health insurance, and monthly living expenses (covered by the Vietnamese government)
First-year university students in Vietnam (minimum GPA of 6.5/10 or equivalent for high school and first semester)
Final-year high school students graduating in 2025 with an average score of 6.5/10 or higher
Government staff under 35 years old with high school diploma and GPA ≥ 6.5
University graduates with GPA ≥ 7.0, under 35 years old
Must have at least 12 months of full-time work (with social insurance)
Master’s graduates with GPA ≥ 7.0, under 40 years old (some exceptions under 35 for recent graduates)
At least 12 months of full-time work experience (with social insurance)

3 sets in Mongolian or English

Candidates must meet all eligibility requirements and will be shortlisted based on academic merit, professional qualifications, and alignment with national priority sectors (e.g., science, technology, engineering).
