1. Admission Schedule

Phase 1

Online and on-campus enrollment: From August 17, 2026 to 5:00 PM, August 25, 2026

Morning: 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Phase 2

According to the schedule announced by the Admissions Council.

2. Enrollment Procedure

Step 1: Confirm Admission on the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) Portal

Log in to the National High School Graduation Examination Portal at:
http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn/
Complete the admission confirmation process as instructed.

Confirmation period: From August 13, 2026 to before 5:00 PM, August 21, 2026.

Step 2: Confirm Enrollment on Hong Duc University’s Student Portal

Access the Student Portal at:
https://sinhvien.hdu.edu.vn (New Student Section)
Log in using:
- Your Citizen Identification Number (CCCD), and
- Your application code provided by the University via email.
If you have not received your application code, visit:
https://sinhvien.hdu.edu.vn/tra-cuu-ket-qua-thpt.html to retrieve it.
Complete personal information, upload required documents, and make the necessary payments according to the instructions on the system.

Enrollment period: From August 17, 2026 to 5:00 PM, August 25, 2026.

Step 3: Submit Required Documents

Students must submit hard copies of required documents and register for on-campus accommodation (if needed).

3. Enrollment Fees and Required Documents

3.1. Enrollment Fees

3.1.1. Tuition Fees

Teacher Education Programs: Tuition fee exempted in accordance with current regulations.
Other Programs:
- VND 8,000,000 (temporary collection) for 4.5-year programs for Semester I of the 2026–2027 academic year.
- VND 7,000,000 (temporary collection) for 4-year programs for Semester I of the 2026–2027 academic year.

3.1.2. Service Fees

4.5-year programs: Total service fee: VND 1,810,000
4-year programs: Total service fee: VND 1,710,000

The service fees include:

Enrollment fee
Environmental sanitation fee
Academic calendar
Student ID card
Orientation Week materials
Scholarship and student support fund
Drinking water service
Student uniform (optional)

3.1.3. Health Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance

Mandatory Health Insurance (HI)

All students are required to participate in Health Insurance.

Monthly contribution: VND 56,925
The University will collect insurance fees from October 2026 to December 31, 2027 (15 months), totaling VND 853,875.
Students holding a valid Health Insurance card beyond September 30, 2026 will pay only for the remaining months until December 31, 2027.
Students must provide their Health Insurance card number and expiry date during enrollment procedures.

Personal Accident Insurance (Optional)

4.5-year programs: VND 360,000 for the entire course.
4-year programs: VND 320,000 for the entire course.

3.1.4. Student Dormitories

Hong Duc University provides six dormitory buildings with fully equipped rooms and private sanitation facilities.

Accommodation fees range from VND 680,000 to VND 2,000,000 per room per month.

Students wishing to stay in the dormitory may register directly at the Dormitory Management Office during enrollment.

Students must prepare the following documents:

Admission Notice (01 photocopy)
(The University will provide the Admission Notice upon arrival for on-campus enrollment.)
High School Academic Transcript
- Original copy
- 01 notarized photocopy
High School Diploma (for students graduating before 2026)
- Original copy

2026 High School Graduation Examination Result Certificate (for 2026 graduates)
- Original copy

Student Curriculum Vitae (according to the University's template)
- Download from the online enrollment system or obtain directly at the enrollment area.
Three (03) passport-size photos (3 × 4 cm)
Birth Certificate (01 certified copy)
Citizen Identification Card (01 photocopy)
Health Certificate (if available)
Additional Documents (if applicable):
- Military service transfer/introduction letter (for male students of military service age)
- Documents certifying eligibility for priority policies or preferential treatment

3.3. Party and Youth Union Membership Transfer

Party Membership Transfer

Students who are Party members should submit their Party membership transfer documents to the Party Cell of their respective faculty after completing enrollment procedures.

Youth Union Membership Transfer

Youth Union members should submit their membership transfer documents to the Faculty Youth Union after completing enrollment procedures.

4. Orientation Week for New Students (2026–2027)

Hong Duc University will organize the Orientation Week for New Students as follows:

Tentative Time: 7:30 AM, September 7, 2026
(A detailed schedule will be announced later.)
Venue: Grand Hall, Hong Duc University
Participants: All newly enrolled students admitted in 2026.
