Over the years, Hong Duc University has established partnerships with more than 50 reputable institutions across 25 countries and territories, promoting internationally standardized training programs and offering global learning, research, and exchange opportunities for its staff, lecturers, and students.
In his remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Van Dung introduced Hong Duc University as an institution that has established partnerships with over 50 reputable organizations across 25 countries and territories, including strategic partners in Canada, the United States, France, Germany, Australia, Poland, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, China, and Singapore. The university’s faculty and researchers have successfully conducted nearly 200 national and provincial-level research projects and published over 4,000 scientific papers in prestigious domestic and international journals, with 520 articles indexed in globally recognized databases such as Web of Science and Scopus.
He also emphasized that HDU has implemented various effective international programs, including faculty and student exchanges, research fellowships, and joint training and research projects. Notably, HDU has collaborated with Zielona Gora University (Poland) under the Erasmus+ scholarship program and with several German universities in fields of education, scientific research, and technology transfer.

Responding to this, Mr. Ben Harford, Business Development Director of OBAS, expressed his honor in establishing a partnership with Hong Duc University, noting that OBAS has collaborated with many leading educational organizations in Vietnam, including the British Council, Vietnam National University, and Vinschool.

According to the signed agreement, the two parties will focus on key areas of cooperation, including: Exchange programs for short-term study abroad for students from primary to university levels; Short-term training and professional development courses for lecturers and education managers; Consultation, networking, and identification of suitable education partners between Vietnam and the UK; Postgraduate study opportunities in the United Kingdom for students of Hong Duc University.
