The event aimed to promote comprehensive collaboration between the two higher education institutions, share modern management models, exchange experiences in digital transformation, and especially focus on the development of Microlearning resources — a flexible and personalized learning trend widely adopted around the world.

Attending the ceremony were representatives from Duy Tân University, including Dr. Hoàng Thị Hường, President of the School of Languages and Social Sciences; Mr. Nguyễn Trung Thuận, Director of the Center for Online and Second Degree Training; and Mr. Thái Bảo Long from Silver Swallow Studio. From Hồng Đức University, participants included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Đậu Bá Thìn, President President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngô Chí Thành, Vice President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoàng Thị Mai, Vice President; together with representatives of university departments and lecturers from both institutions.

In his opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Đậu Bá Thìn, Vice President of Hồng Đức University, emphasized that the signing ceremony marked not only a milestone in cooperation between the two universities but also reflected Hồng Đức University’s strong commitment to innovation and digital transformation in education. He stated:
“We wish to learn from Duy Tân University’s advanced experiences in governance and digital learning development — a leading institution in educational digitalization — to further enhance the quality of training, research, and community service. In the coming time, Hồng Đức University will focus on building a smart university governance model, applying technology in teaching, assessment, and management, and developing an open, modern learning environment.”

Sharing at the event, Dr. Hoàng Thị Hường, President of the School of Languages and Social Sciences, Duy Tân University, expressed her delight in cooperating with Hồng Đức University — an institution with a long-standing reputation and a strong spirit of innovation. She noted:
“This collaboration goes beyond sharing experiences; it opens a long-term direction for both universities in developing digital learning resources, building flexible training programs, and jointly conducting research and technology transfer in education. We believe that our partnership will contribute to the advancement of Vietnamese higher education towards integration, creativity, and sustainability.”

During the ceremony, the two universities signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), agreeing on key areas of cooperation, including professional and academic exchanges, joint scientific research, the development of digital learning resources, faculty training in Microlearning design, and promoting digital transformation in university governance and teaching.
As part of the working session, experts from Duy Tân University delivered a presentation on “University Governance in the Digital Era – Experiences from Duy Tân University” and conducted a training workshop on “Developing and Implementing Microlearning Resources in the Digital Education Environment.”

The program concluded in a warm and open atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of collaboration, learning, and sustainable development between the two universities. This partnership serves as an important foundation for Hồng Đức University to further expand its cooperation in higher education, towards building a smart governance model and a fully digital learning environment — meeting the demands of educational innovation in the digital transformation era.
