Overview of the Working Session
Attending the meeting on behalf of AEON Mall Thanh Hoa were Mr. Nishimura Togo, General Manager of AEON Mall Thanh Hoa, along with representatives from the management and marketing departments. Representing Hong Duc University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hoang Ba Huyen, President of the University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Chi Thanh, Vice President; leaders of relevant functional units; and representatives of the Youth Union.

During the meeting, both parties reaffirmed their shared commitment to strengthening collaboration between the university and the business sector. The partnership aims to provide students with greater access to real-world working environments, thereby enhancing the quality of education and fostering a highly skilled young workforce capable of meeting the demands of the labor market.

The two sides discussed and agreed on several key areas of cooperation. These include jointly organizing career fairs, company visits, career orientation talk shows, experiential learning activities, academic and innovation competitions, as well as cultural, artistic, and sports programs for students. In addition, both parties expressed their intention to collaborate on community-focused social responsibility initiatives such as blood donation campaigns, environmental protection activities, and charitable programs.

In the field of communication and outreach, Hong Duc University and AEON Mall Thanh Hoa agreed to support the promotion of joint activities through their respective communication channels and digital platforms. This cooperation is expected to enhance public awareness of their partnership and broaden its positive impact on students and the wider community.
