Representing the Bui family enterprises were Mr. Bui Ngoc Nhung – Chairman of the Bui Family Council of Thanh Hoa Province; Mr. Bui Manh Hung – Vice Chairman of the Council; Ms. Do Thi Dien – President of the Bui Family Women's Association of Thanh Hoa; Ms. Bui Thi Tuong Vi – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Education and Talent Development Consulting Joint Stock Company; along with representatives of Bui family businesses operating across various sectors throughout the country.
From Hong Duc University, the meeting was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Van Dung – President of the University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Thi Mai – Vice President, as well as leaders from related departments and functional units.

Speaking on behalf of the university, President Bui Van Dung provided an overview of Hong Duc University's remarkable achievements in recent years. He emphasized the university’s commitment to building and expanding partnerships with organizations and enterprises that share a common vision and dedication to education. He also affirmed that the university would create the most favorable conditions to effectively implement collaborative initiatives in the future.

Ms. Bui Thi Tuong Vi, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Education and Talent Development Consulting JSC, expressed her deep impression of the university’s development and conveyed her desire to accompany the university in nurturing and training the young generation. She noted:
“We look forward to cooperating with Hong Duc University not only in offering scholarships, internships, and language training programs but also in building a strong business network and expanding international job opportunities for students. This is a shared responsibility of the business community, especially members of the Bui family, in contributing to the homeland and nation through investment in knowledge and education.”

During the session, the two sides discussed several potential cooperation initiatives, including:
Providing 10 scholarships to students with difficult circumstances
Offering online scholarships for German and Chinese language courses
Connecting students with internship and job opportunities in Germany
Organizing faculty exchange programs between Hong Duc University and partner universities in Germany
Promoting the university’s scientific and technological products to international markets
Representatives of Bùi Family Enterprises award online German and Chinese language scholarships to students through the Study Promotion Association
As part of the program, Bui family enterprises awarded 10 scholarships worth 1 million VND each to disadvantaged students, along with online language course scholarships, through the university's Study Promotion Association.
