The course is part of the Thanh Hoa Province Tourism Development Program 2025, assigned by the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee to Hong Duc University in coordination with the Thanh Hoa Tourism and Travel Association.

Overview of the training course opening ceremony
In his opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngô Chí Thành emphasized that in the context of rapid digital transformation, strengthening digital management capacity for tourism enterprises is essential to improving service quality, enhancing competitiveness, and contributing to the development of Thanh Hoa tourism into a key economic sector. He affirmed the university’s commitment to accompanying the local business community on the path of innovation and sustainable development.

According to the plan, the course will take place over five days (November 12–16, 2025) at Room 504, 5th Floor, Information Technology, Communication & Library Services Center, Hong Duc University (565 Quang Trung Street, Hạc Thành Ward, Thanh Hoa City).
Participants include leaders and managers of tourism enterprises, owners of tourism businesses, state tourism management officers, digital transformation specialists, and individuals aspiring to become managers in the tourism sector.

The program consists of five key modules: Lean management for tourism enterprises in the digital age; Innovation in tourism products and maximizing customers’ digital experience; Leadership and management in tourism businesses in the digital era; Practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in tourism business management and operations; Sharing experiences in building lean management models in tourism enterprises during digital transformation
The course is delivered by a team of reputable lecturers and experts, including: Assoc. The training course combines theoretical learning, group discussions, experience sharing, and field visits to tourism enterprises. Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Hong Duc University.
