Closing Ceremony of the Access English Scholarship Program at Hong Duc University: Spreading Opportunities and Aspirations to Reach FurtherOn June 30, 2025, Hong Duc University solemnly held the Closing Ceremony for the 2023–2025 Access English Scholarship Program. This meaningful program was implemented in collaboration with the Regional English Language Office (RELO) of the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi. It aims to support high school students from disadvantaged backgrounds who demonstrate academic excellence by helping them improve their English proficiency and soft skills in a modern, international learning environment.
