In the heartfelt and meaningful atmosphere of the celebration and traditional gathering, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bùi Văn Dũng, President of Hồng Đức University, expressed profound gratitude to generations of leaders, former educators, and the entire teaching staff who have devoted themselves to the university’s development. He emphasized that the teaching profession is a noble mission—where each educator serves as a cultivator of knowledge, an inspirer, and a contributor to students’ character formation.
He highlighted that in the context of Vietnam’s new development phase, education and educators continue to receive strong recognition from the Party and the State. The achievements of the university and its lecturers over the past academic year reflect the collective efforts, innovation, creativity, and unity of the entire institution.

President Bùi Văn Dũng urged lecturers to further enhance their professional competencies, strengthen scientific research, share expertise, respect diversity, maintain professional ethics, and uphold the university’s collective interests—especially in the era of digital transformation and the impacts of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He also encouraged students to persist in learning, engage actively in exploration, embrace innovation, and master new technologies in order to adapt to a rapidly changing world. Student success, he affirmed, is the clearest evidence of the university’s success.

Alongside the main celebration, the university also hosted various meaningful activities, including musical performances, student–faculty gatherings, and appreciation programs organized by student groups. These activities created a warm and vibrant atmosphere, strengthening bonds within the university community and highlighting the noble values of the teaching profession. Students expressed heartfelt gratitude toward their teachers—those who inspire them, ignite their passion, and accompany them throughout their academic journey.
