The event is jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, the Department of Higher Education (Ministry of Education and Training), the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training (Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs), the Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training, the Thanh Hoa Youth Union, and Hong Duc University, with the accompaniment of Vingroup. This is the 24th year the program has been held nationwide and the 10th consecutive year in Thanh Hoa, affirming its prestige and significance as a large-scale educational event that attracts great interest from high school students, parents, and educational institutions.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, 2026 is the second year that students will take the National High School Graduation Examination under the 2018 General Education Program, which features many new points in both exam structure and university and college admission methods. In this context, the demand of students and parents for accurate, timely, and official information has become increasingly urgent.
At the event, the Advisory Board organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Education and Training, the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training, and experts from Hong Duc University and many universities across the country, will provide and exchange the latest, comprehensive, and reliable information on the 2026 high school graduation examination, university admissions, and policies related to vocational education and enrollment.
Admissions experts will directly answer questions from students and parents regarding admission information, competency and aptitude assessment tests, selection of admission methods, and guidance on choosing suitable majors and universities in line with each student’s abilities and circumstances. In addition, the program will offer comprehensive counseling on career orientation, general information on university, college, and intermediate-level admissions, vocational training, overseas study, registration procedures for examinations and admissions, as well as health and psychological support during the exam season.

Notably, the event is expected to feature hundreds of consultation booths from participating educational institutions, including many prestigious universities such as Vietnam National University, Hanoi; Hanoi University of Science and Technology; National Economics University; and Foreign Trade University. At these booths, students and parents will have opportunities to obtain detailed admissions information and directly interact with representatives of the universities.
