The ceremony was attended by Mr. Le Van Vinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Standing Deputy Chief of the Office of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee Party Committee; Ms. Bui Thi Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training; Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Ha, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; and representatives of universities in Emulation Cluster No. 12.

Representing Hong Duc University were Associate Professor Dr. Le Viet Bau, Secretary of the Party Committee; Associate Professor Dr. Bui Van Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the University; Associate Professor Dr. Dau Ba Thin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President; Associate Professor Dr. Ngo Chi Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President; Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Thi Mai, Vice President; together with leaders of departments, centers, faculties, academic divisions offering master’s and doctoral programs, lecturers, and academic assistants. Notably, the ceremony welcomed 213 new master’s graduates and 2 new doctoral graduates who were officially recognized and awarded degrees on this occasion.

In his address, Associate Professor Dr. Bui Van Dung emphasized that the Master’s and Doctoral Degree Awarding Ceremony not only marks the academic and research outcomes of learners after a period of serious and dedicated study, but also affirms the quality of postgraduate education and the University’s responsibility in providing highly qualified human resources for Thanh Hoa Province and the region.

He congratulated and commended the graduates for their perseverance and determination throughout their studies, affirming that today’s achievements are the result of close and responsible cooperation among the University, lecturers, and learners. The President expressed his hope that the new masters and doctors would continue to apply their knowledge and professional competence effectively in practice, contributing to their organizations and society, and further enhancing the prestige of Hong Duc University.
On behalf of the graduates, a representative from the Master’s program in Educational Management expressed pride and honor in studying and conducting research in the University’s professional, responsible, and academically rich environment. The representative sincerely thanked the Party Committee, the Board of Rectors, and the faculty members for their dedicated guidance and support throughout the course of study, and affirmed the determination of all graduates to continue improving their professional capacity and ethical standards in order to better serve their institutions and society.

Within the framework of the ceremony, the University announced the decisions recognizing graduation, commended outstanding learners for excellent academic and scientific research achievements, and formally awarded master’s and doctoral degrees in a solemn and dignified manner.

The Master’s and Doctoral Degree Awarding Ceremony for the 2025–2026 academic year marked an important milestone in the academic journey of postgraduate students and reaffirmed Hong Duc University’s role and responsibility in training high-quality human resources to serve the socio-economic development of Thanh Hoa Province and the country.
