Attending the online viewing were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Viet Bau, Secretary of the Party Committee; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Van Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Chi Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Thi Mai, Vice President, together with leaders, lecturers, and students from units across the University.
