On the morning of January 20, 2026, Hong Duc University organized online viewing sessions for its administrators, lecturers, staff, and students to follow the opening session of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The activity was conducted in a solemn and disciplined manner at halls, meeting rooms, and affiliated units, demonstrating the University’s strong sense of responsibility, attention, and confidence in this significant political event of the country

The activity was conducted solemnly and seriously at conference halls and meeting rooms across the University, demonstrating the institution’s strong sense of political responsibility and its confidence in this important national event.

Attending the session at the University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Viet Bau, Secretary of the Party Committee; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Van Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President; Associate Professor Dr. Dau Ba Thin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of the University; Associate Professor Dr. Ngo Chi Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of the University, together with leaders and lecturers from departments and units across the University.

The opening session, following the preparatory meeting on January 19, officially marked the start of the Congress’s key working agenda, including the presentation of the Political Report and major orientations for national development in the new period. Through this activity, the University’s staff and students were able to promptly grasp the core contents and guiding spirit of the Congress, thereby enhancing political awareness, strengthening confidence in the leadership of the Party, and fostering motivation in teaching, learning, research, and training, contributing to the sustainable development of Hong Duc University in the new era.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Van Dung emphasized that this event also provides an important opportunity for the university’s administrators, lecturers, and students to thoroughly grasp and deeply understand the Party’s guidelines and policies, clearly identify their responsibilities in concretizing the goals and tasks set forth by the 14th National Congress into practical activities in education and training, and actively contribute to the continuous development of Hong Duc University, thereby making meaningful contributions to the cause of building and safeguarding the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in the new era
