The event was attended by leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the National Assembly Delegation of Thanh Hoa Province, members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Executive Committee, representatives of departments, agencies, local authorities, business associations, enterprises, investors, universities, vocational colleges, and media organizations from both central and local levels.
Representing Hong Duc University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hoang Ba Huyen, Secretary of the University Party Committee and President of the University, together with members of the Board of Management, leaders of several units, and staff assigned to participate in the conference activities.
At the conference, Hong Duc University introduced an exhibition booth showcasing its strengths in education and training, scientific research, technology transfer, and university–enterprise cooperation. The exhibition featured outstanding scientific and technological products, academic publications, textbooks, monographs, and achievements resulting from collaboration with businesses, highlighting the University's role as a multidisciplinary higher education institution of Thanh Hoa Province.

During the exhibition tour on the sidelines of the conference, Mr. To Anh Dung and other delegates visited the University's booth. University leaders presented an overview of its educational model, scientific research outcomes, technology transfer activities, innovation initiatives, and partnerships with enterprises. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee engaged in discussions with the University's representatives regarding the exhibited products, acknowledged the University's research and application achievements, and encouraged it to further leverage its strengths in education, research, innovation, and collaboration with businesses to support the socio-economic development of the province.
Within the conference program, delegates listened to the opening remarks delivered by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, viewed a presentation on the current business and production activities of enterprises in Thanh Hoa Province, and participated in a direct dialogue session between provincial leaders and the business community. The conference provided an important platform for enterprises to voice challenges and recommendations while enabling provincial leaders and relevant agencies to offer timely responses and practical solutions.

Participation in the conference provided Hong Duc University with an excellent opportunity to strengthen its connections with the business community, promote its capabilities in education, scientific research, technology transfer, and innovation, and expand cooperation opportunities in training, research, technology transfer, and the supply of high-quality human resources. These efforts contribute significantly to meeting the socio-economic development needs of Thanh Hoa Province in the coming years.
