The forum was a large-scale national event that brought together leaders from ministries and government agencies, economic experts, entrepreneurs, investors, and representatives from universities and research institutes nationwide. The event aimed to promote Vietnam’s innovation and startup ecosystem amid the rapid transformation of the digital economy.

This year’s forum featured a wide range of prominent activities, including panel discussions on business trends and visions in the new era; training programs and Vietnamese beauty products and services in the context of international integration; trade, investment, and international cooperation in the new era; the launch of the “One Million Founders” Fund; a book donation and scholarship awarding program; and a gala celebrating the 10th anniversary of the National Startup Association. Speakers focused on analyzing emerging startup trends in the context of digital transformation, the rapid development of artificial intelligence, and opportunities for Vietnamese enterprises in the global market.
The forum also provided valuable opportunities for universities, including Hong Duc University, to expand cooperation with the business community, strengthen university–enterprise partnerships, and support students in turning startup ideas into reality.
During the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Van Dung participated in several in-depth discussion sessions, emphasizing key issues such as human resource development in the new era, enhancing collaboration between universities and businesses, and the importance of building a startup ecosystem within educational institutions. These factors were identified as essential to developing a high-quality workforce capable of meeting the demands of national development and international integration.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Van Dung shared that in the coming period, Hong Duc University will continue to promote activities supporting student entrepreneurship, strengthen research and technology transfer, and build a learning environment closely connected with business practices. The University has established connections with many potential partners, opening opportunities for training program exchanges, scholarship support, startup funding, and long-term collaboration in student startup projects.
Participation in the National Startup Forum and the receipt of books from the “One Million Books – One Million Founders” program not only demonstrate the University’s strong commitment to fostering creativity and integrating new knowledge into teaching and research, but also reaffirm its proactive role in connecting with organizations and enterprises to support students on their entrepreneurial journey.
