The event served as an open forum for students to meet directly with entrepreneurs and recruitment experts from various fields. It provided valuable insights into the current job market and hiring trends, while also helping students identify essential skills for entering the professional working environment.
Students had the opportunity to ask real questions such as: “How can I stand out in an interview?”, “Without experience, how can I demonstrate my potential to employers?”, or “Do students with non-matching majors have a chance?” These concerns were addressed directly by experienced recruiters and business representatives during the event.

A highlight of the program was the “Three-Way Perspectives” discussion session, where businesses, lecturers, and students engaged in an open dialogue about current challenges in recruitment:
Businesses expressed the need for candidates not only with qualifications but also with a growth mindset, learning agility, and teamwork skills.
Lecturers proposed practical solutions such as integrating soft skills into the curriculum, organizing mock interviews, and involving businesses in the training process.
Students voiced their concerns about post-graduation uncertainties but also showed a proactive spirit and readiness to adapt to labor market demands.
Entrepreneurs share and interact with students
The program went beyond discussion by establishing concrete commitments:
Enterprises agreed to expand internship opportunities and share real job vacancies.
The Future Entrepreneurs Club pledged to organize initiatives like “CV Week,” “Mock Interviews,” and mentor-matching activities to support students.
Lecturers and the University committed to revising the training content, enhancing practical applications, and building a learning ecosystem closely linked with real-world needs.
