Attending the session were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngô Chí Thành, Vice President of Hồng Đức University; representatives from various departments, offices, and centers; and the entire administrative staff of Hồng Đức University.
Delegates attend the “Digital Literacy Session” on enhancing digital skills and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in office work.
In his opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngô Chí Thành emphasized that “Artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work across all sectors, including administration and office management. Each staff member must proactively develop digital capabilities and learn to use AI tools effectively to enhance work efficiency, save time, and improve the quality of advisory and administrative tasks. This is not just a trend but a necessity in the digital transformation journey of Hồng Đức University.”
Dr. Trần Văn Huy, Deputy Director of the the Information Technology, Communications and Library Services Center, presents thematic reports.
He also commended the Information Technology, Communications and Library Services Center for organizing such a meaningful and timely training activity, noting that “Applying AI in administrative tasks will help staff improve their ability to analyze and synthesize information while fostering innovation in advisory and management processes. The University encourages all units to continue learning, sharing experiences, and making AI a powerful tool to better support university governance.”

During the main session, Dr. Trần Văn Huy, Deputy Director of the Information Technology, Communications and Library Services Center presented several key topics, including:
Overview of AI and its role in administrative management and advisory work; Introduction and hands-on guidance on using popular AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini; Techniques for prompt writing, data security, and responsible AI use; Practical exercises in drafting documents, summarizing reports, and planning tasks with AI support; Principles for ethical, accurate, and compliant AI usage in the workplace.

Following the presentations, participants actively engaged in discussions, sharing practical experiences and raising questions about challenges encountered in applying AI to their daily administrative duties.
The training session concluded in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and openness, reflecting the collective determination of Hồng Đức University to accelerate digital transformation and embrace emerging technologies in university administration.
