In his remarks at the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Van Dung emphasized that in 2025, the clubs effectively fulfilled their role as important academic and professional forums, creating a valuable environment for connection and experience sharing in governance, training, and scientific research among universities and colleges nationwide. He also noted that, in the context of strong demands for higher education reform, clubs should continue to innovate in content, diversify operational formats, improve the quality of workshops and seminars, and closely align professional activities with major guidelines and policies of the Party and the State on the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

Regarding the reorganization of higher education institutions under a two-tier governance model, Assoc.
