The conference attracted more than 300 delegates, including leaders, experts, researchers, lecturers, and students from numerous domestic and international higher education institutions. Participants gathered to exchange perspectives and discuss emerging approaches and trends in foreign language education in the context of digital transformation.
As a co-hosting institution, Hong Duc University sent a delegation led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Chi Thanh, Vice President of the University. The delegation also included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trinh Viet Cuong, Deputy Head of the Science, Technology & International Cooperation Office; Dr. Nguyen Thi Quyet, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages; Dr. Nguyen Thanh Minh, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages; and lecturers from the Faculty Faculty of Foreign Languageswhose research papers were published in the conference proceedings.

During the event, representatives of the co-organizing institutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding and took commemorative photos, marking a new milestone in academic cooperation among universities in Vietnam and abroad.

The conference took place from 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. with multiple parallel sessions. Delegates listened to keynote presentations delivered by experts from the University of the West of England, followed by a series of scholarly papers focusing on prominent themes such as artificial intelligence in education, innovation in foreign language teaching methodologies, digital technology applications, learning strategies, and advanced training models.The presented studies provided multidimensional insights into foreign language education amid digital transformation, while also opening up new directions for research collaboration and practical application.

At the conference, Dr. Nguyen Thi Quyet, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, served as a chair of one of the sub-panels. In addition, three lecturers from the Faculty of Foreign Languages participated as presenters, sharing their latest research that reflects the strong shift of foreign language education in the digital era. Their active involvement further affirmed the research capacity and academic reputation of Hong Duc University’s faculty members at both national and international levels.
