At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dau Ba Thin gave an overview of the university’s key achievements and strategic development orientations. He also emphasized HDU’s strong desire to diversify joint training programs, student exchange activities, and career opportunities for students upon graduation.
In his remarks, Mr. Jeon Kwang-il introduced Taebaek City and the role of the Future Strategy Committee. Mr. Choi In Sun also shared information about the training and labor export programs of Songgok University, expressing interest in establishing cooperation with Hong Duc University.

During the session, the participants discussed and proposed areas of collaboration, with a particular focus on Korean language training, seasonal labor recruitment in agriculture and livestock industries in Taebaek City, and skilled labor for industrial and technical sectors.

Based on the discussion, both sides agreed to maintain ongoing communication, jointly develop specific programs and content, and work toward signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for cooperation in the near future.
